King's Hold

King's Hold is a MATA protectorate, ruled by a lineage of penguin kings, who are said to be direct descendants of the first Linux mascot.

Originally a center of knowledge and a site of hacker pilgrimage, it has since been corrupted by MATA influence.

History

King's Hold was the deciding battlefield of the Corpo-Foss war, a battle which would result in major losses on both sides, effectively ending the war. A peace treaty was signed and King's Hold became a MATA protectorate.
